Refund Policy – Win Win Truck Training
1. Overview
Win Win Truck Training is committed to providing high-quality training and assessment services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.
2. Booking and Payments
All course bookings require a deposit (or full payment as agreed) to secure your training session.
3. Student Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
• A minimum of 3 business days’ notice is required to be eligible for a refund.
• Where eligible, a $150 administrative fee will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of booking.
• Less than 3 business days’ notice or no-show: No refund will be provided.
• Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of management and may incur additional fees.
4. Company Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Win Win Truck Training cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, trainer availability, weather conditions), students will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Course Withdrawal After Commencement
No refunds will be issued once training has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
6. Assessment (PDA) Fees
Fees paid for Department of Transport (DoT) assessments are subject to DoT policies. Refunds for these fees are not controlled by Win Win Truck Training and may not be refundable.
7. Failure to Meet Requirements
No refund will be provided if a student is unable to complete training or assessment due to:
• Not meeting licence or eligibility requirements
• Providing incorrect or incomplete documentation
• Failing to follow trainer instructions or safety requirements
8. Medical or Emergency Situations
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of genuine medical or emergency situations. Supporting documentation may be required.
9. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

11. Consumer Law Compliance
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that you may have under the ACL. Where services are not delivered with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose, customers may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
